Eh, complicated question.
I have no full-blooded siblings. I have 2 older sisters, Rachel and Heather, and a little sister Mikayla, who I consider to be full-blooded sisters simply because I've lived with them. Then there's Jordan, whom I consider to be a sister, even though nobody else does because she's not alive. She was my twin, but my mom miscarried her. I strongly believe I've always had a spiritual connection to her though. Rachel and Heather have 2 half-sisters, Anelyse and Tess, whom I also consider my half sisters, even though we're not directly related. On my dad's side I have 2 half brothers and a half sister, but I've never met them. Then I have my future siblings-in-law, Victoria, Tiffany, and Patrick. I love them like family already :) I also consider my best friend, Alexia, as a sister. Plus, my friend Alex calls me his sissy. So yeah. Short answer though would be 3 sisters.
